Our Story

TCB started the way most real things do — not with a business plan, but with a problem that couldn't be ignored.

Train. The discipline of showing up, putting in the work, and trusting the process — on the mat, in the gym, wherever the training happens.

Move. The gap that kept showing up on the retail and hospitality floor, watching people walk in and out of stores every day, seeing exactly what activewear brands got right and exactly what they missed.

Live. The view from inside one of the biggest names in the industry — close enough to see exactly how the machine works, and exactly where there was room to build something smaller, better, and more honest.

Those three things became TCB Apparel.

This isn't another activewear brand chasing a trend. It's built to reflect how people actually live — training hard, moving through a busy day, and still showing up looking and feeling like themselves. Train. Move. Live. isn't a tagline that sounded good in a meeting. It's the actual rhythm TCB is built around.

TCB is still early. It's being built in real time — testing pieces, listening to what the community actually wants, and reinvesting everything back into making the next collection better than the last. What's on this site today isn't the finished picture. It's the foundation.
